Great books
Warren Buffett, one of the world's wealthiest individuals was once asked "What should I do to become a great investor?" Buffett's answer was simple and straightforward: "Read everything you can! By the age of 10, I'd read every book in the Omaha Public Library with the word "finance" in the title, some twice."Buffet strongly believes that it was the reading he did in his formative years that shaped his approach to investing and prepared the groundwork for 50 incredibly successful years. So, what books are you reading right now? One of my favourite employee interview questions is: "What was the last business book you read, and what did you learn from it?" The answer can be very revealing. We are constantly looking for new ideas and information about employment relations, workplace productivity, leadership and organisational development. Our search has uncovered many great books along the way. We have listed books that we have found to be of value in developing our methodologies and services. Happy reading. "The man who does not read books - is no better than the man who can't." (Mark Twain)
