When you submit your payment details the transaction is 'authorised' which means funds are reserved for the transaction.  Payment is not processed until after your consultation, after you have logged in for the first time or once your document has been delivered.

If you have an employment agreement it will more than likely tell you the required notice period. If you don’t have an employment agreement you must provide reasonable notice. The rule of thumb for the amount of notice is the same as the pay period. i.e. If you are paid weekly you should give a weeks notice.

This letter template formally submits your resignation.

Note: If you wish to resign because you are being forced or you believe that your employer is behaving in such a manner as to leave you with no choice but to resign we recommend that you think of your situation as an Employment Problem and follow the steps in “Find out what to do when you have an employment problem” click here
