The initial return on investment of a High Performance through Engagement Strategy comes from reduced conflict. Less personal grievance claims, less industrial action, less power struggles and less avoidance. Through a commitment to collaboration on the three C's all people begin to focus on the needs of the organisation as a whole. Most organisations see some return on investment in terms of improved Culture, Customer value and Commercial responsibility very early just by stopping the pain, expense and in-efficiency of passive/aggressive behaviour.
