Serious Misconduct or Misconduct?  Being clear about specific behaviour is important when it comes time to taking disciplinary action.

This employment form establishes that your company is very conscious of the safety and well-being of all employees and believes everyone should be able to work in a healthy, safe and harmonious environment.  This code of conduct is designed to ensure there is no misunderstanding as to appropriate behaviour and to ensure every individual is treated fairly.

It assists in promoting a high standard of practice and establishes a framework for professional behaviour and responsibility.

  • Unauthorised possession of property
  • Falsifying company documents
