There are four key questions that you need to answer before you can create a great career plan:

  • What energises you at work?
  • What interests you and how do your bring these to your day to day work?
  • What talents do you have and want to use?
You could get a career coach to ask you these questions.  But why would you pay a career coach when all you need is a structured approach to start with.  A career coach can add value later on if you need it.

Do I really need help planning my career?

Q: Will I need to buy anything else?

A: No, The careerCENTRE can be used to plan your career without any further purchases.


Q: Do I have to use one of your career coaches?

A: No, the online program is 100% virtual. You can use your own career coach or ask about one of ours, it is up to you.


Q: How does payment work?

A: The program is 12-months long at $350 ($275 for Early Birds) per person.  That is the only payment you need to make.


Q: What if I complete all the program within the first few weeks?

A: You will have demonstrated a real commitment to your career. Payment is for access for 12 months.  We encourage you to review your plan at least very 6 months.


Q: Do I have to stay with the careerCENTRE after 12 months?

A: No, there is absolutely no obligation for you to resign.


Q: Can I join with my husband or wife?

A: Yes, but please submit separate registrations as you will go through the program individually.
